How time flies, but stands still when you click with old friends!

Hello all!
The hot weather is in full force here in Florida. I just got back from a nice little visit to my favorite town, Charleston, SC! I got to visit with my friends, took some photographs, and had some therapeutic beach time. One of my good friends since childhood is getting married June 4, 2011.  So, we got together for some fun and lovely bridal shots of her all around downtown. It was a beautiful (and hot) day and we got some awesome photos! I also met up with another old friend and took some beach shots of her and her lil man!  All in all, it was a very nice getaway!

Learning New Things

I'm a fan of  Kim Klassen Cafe: http://www.kimklassencafe.com/thecafe/birthday-week-finds-and-your-freebie-textures-await.html.  I took the free tutorial on working with textures in PCS3. I am officially obsessed. I love the looks that can be accomplished with them.  It's a fun and creative spin on editing photos.  So if you your into photography and learning something new...check it out! You will not be sorry!

St. Augustine FL

After Charleston, we headed to St. Augustine/Crescent Beach for a family vacation. The weather was wonderful, the area was beautiful, and the time was fun!  I managed to get both my sister-in-laws on the beach with the babies and took some lovely family portraits!

April Sunshine

  My husband and I went to Charleston.  He went to give a seminar for work and I went to feel back at home.  We got to spend time with our friends and family.  We had a wonderful oyster roast and then I got to get up in the morning and photograph our good friends, Brock and Julie, who recently got engaged.  It was a beautiful day and a beautiful couple!

Charleston Bound!

Frankie and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary! We are very excited for our much needed Easter Vacation.  We are packed and ready to be in Charleston tomorrow April 13-17th! I can't wait to be back to the place i feel most at home!  Then, we will spend another week in St. Augustine FL with Family! I cannot wait to capture some fun and  priceless moments!

Susan Slater Workshop

Hi one and all! I recently took some classes with Susan Slater at the Beck Gallery in Lutz, Florida. We had our monthly photographers outing at the USF campus with a beautiful model. I got some great shots, met some new friends, and learned more about fashion photography, lighting, artistic vision, and interacting with a model. I had a blast!
